
Matthew Blom
Matthew Blom is a powerful trainer, coach, and mediator who works
passionately with individuals and groups in transforming conflictual
modes of being and communicating into positive collaborations. The
results are harmonious and fulfilling solutions for all.
He
is a graduate of the Bay Area Nonviolent Communication year-long
leadership program, and is currently an assistant trainer in the
program. He works with various groups from business teams, helped plan a training for Charles Schwab, school
staffs, ex-cons, support teams for domestic violence victims, graduate
courses, and leads high-impact workshops all over the country. His
facilitation and group leadership are augmented by a degree in
education, two certifications in Permaculture design, and years of
teaching abroad in S. Korea, Thailand, India, Nepal, and Ethiopia.
Matthew
has also facilitated groups of up to 300 people in Open Space
Technology, including The National Conference for Dialogue and
Deliberation and the US Project Speaking Peace conference. His mission
is to help everyone he meets to find a more direct, joyful path to
their visions through fulfillment in their relationships and lives.
